The eSpinner can rotate at a speed between 300 and 1300 RPM without any load.
The orifice ring measures approximately 3/8 inch (10 mm) in diameter.
The motor in question is a brushless type and comes equipped with a specialized motor controller, therefore, it is highly unlikely to overheat even when used at high speeds or under high tension.
The eSpinner can operate using any voltage between 9 to 16 volts. Our 15-volt power supply is recommended as it produces higher torque, which enhances the spinning performance.
Our bobbins can hold between 6 to 10 ounces, which may vary based on the weight of the yarn.
Yes, it can run with a 12-volt battery pack. However, it will have reduced torque and speed. For optimal performance, it is recommended to use a 15-volt power source.
The eSpinner features an extruded aluminum base and flyer arm, while the front and back are made from 3D printed PETG filament. The bobbin shaft is crafted from carbon fiber, and includes a 3D printed bayonet mount. Additionally, the device is equipped with custom electronic motor controllers that manage the brushless direct drive motors housed within.
Our limited warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use for 1 year from date of product receipt. We will either repair or replace, at no cost to you, any product or parts proven defective because of improper material or workmanship under normal use and maintenance. This limited warranty does not cover any conditions, malfunctions, or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship.
If you are not completely satisfied with your Plyology e-Spinner, simply return the spinner within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. The product must be in the same condition it was in when you received it and undamaged in any way. After we receive your item we will inspect it and process your refund to the payment method you used to make your purchase (credit card refunds may take up to 10 business days before appearing on your statement). If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund. If anything is unclear or you have questions, please contact our customer support team.
You may cancel your order for a full refund any time before we ship your Plyology E-Spinner. The money will be refunded to the original payment method used to make the purchase. Credit card refunds may take up to 10 business days to post to your account.
Take photos of the packaging, exterior of the box, interior of the box, and the product damage. Send us an email with the photos and any additional information that may be helpful. Keep all packaging in case the shipping carrier would like to inspect it.
